Stuck on update available

iPhone app won't connect via Bluetooth. Android app finds the device and on screen says firmware available but never advanced past that screen. The android app appears to be stuck on finishing setup.

In order for the very first firmware update to proceed properly, Monument needs to be connected to a monitor or a TV using its HDMI connector in the back. Once you do so, restart the Monument, relaunch the App, and setup the device once again. We apologize for any inconvenience, and kind regards.
