I have been having a problem for months and the Monument Lab folks have offered no support to help get the device operational. My app connects to the device for 2-4 seconds at a time and then the connection breaks. This happens repeatedly and continuously essentially making the device useless.
I recently reset the device to factory settings, deleted the app and downloaded it again and upgraded the device firmware. It worked well for a day and they the same disconnection problem came back?
Is anyone else having this issue? Has anyone been able to get any actual support from Monument for operational problems? If so, please offer tips.
@Bryce: You have an open ticket with support, and we are in the process of asking for that unit back from you for evaluation.
